Ok Go!

Ahhh.. finally I did have time now to post something. I remembered I owe you people my post of my last day in London. Okay, here a lil bit of it, the rest you can check out in my Facebook profile (:

I have to say that it was a great spring day in London that day but too bad it was the last day of the trip. So we set out early morning for hot chocolate and cabbed to Buckingham Palace to catch the Changing of Guard Ceremony.

Yeah, that's where the Queen lives

My sister is a huge fan of Prince William and I remembered saying out loud to her, 'Look there's Prince William!' and she pushed us away and tried to search with loads of enthusiam! haaa.. But in actual fact, there's no Prince William during the parade.. hohO!

And the Guards of Honours rides in..

We didn't catch the whole parade because it was so cold and everyone of us were tired standing and being sandwiche in the crowd. So we decide to have a stroll in St. James Park which is just next to the Palace. It's Spring right now and I was mesmerize by the view of the park, colourful flowers everywhere and the lush green carpet grass, I felt like I was in Teletubbies land! haa..

All of us were like kids, running and playing around because we were all excited! Singapore never have this kind of park, I don't know about Botanic Garden but to be there and walking around with my carefree thoughts, it's a great wholesome experience!

Ironically, we had ice cream although the weather was cold.

I really felt sorry for this guy here. Everyone was actually waiting at the spot I stood (picture above) waiting for him to stand and take a picture with him. He definately didn't look please with it and he even tried to hide his eyes under his head gear.

We then rushed into Lilywhites, just look at the sign and it explain everything. Brother got himself a Nike soccer boots for just 18 Pounds which is really effing cheap while I got myself a Vintage Nike Sneaker to add onto my display rack (:

Then we head to Madame Tussauds. Honestly, I don't find it that fascination at all. Some of the waxes look real but some are just to fake to be recognisable. We ended our trip in there for about 2 hours and then finally to Oxfords Street for the last round of shopping before flying off at night! I was really upset that I couldn't find Ben Sherman and even sucks, I didn't went into Topman, the one there is freaking huge!

We packed and say our goodbye to my aunt & uncle and cousins at their house. They were not able to sent us off as there were too many of us to fit into the van. And so, we got to the airport and checked in, I was praying hard that I didn't have any excess baggage but my aunts did, and we had to help them hand carried thier bags for them.. haa! It was so chaotic at the check in counter because the women was actually trying to explain to them about the excess and it took them about 20 mins to get them checked in! haa.. So funny!

When we were about to head in into the departure hall, suddenly we saw the three of them around us. They actually came to sent us off and since we our plane were delay about half an hour we had hot chocolate and donut and a good conversation before heading in.

I really do feel heavy hearted to fly back home. I think this is the greatest trip of all trips I had. A week in London with my cousins, that doens't happen often! When I touced down in Singapore, I felt something was missing and I was not mentally prepare to get back to work. I really do wished to stay there longer and even better not to come back.

Just 3 more months and I'll finally be done and over with it.. And hopefully my bank is filled for another trip before NS! hohoho...
