Happy new year mates, I know it's kinda too late though. Well, it's been going on well so far and I'm liking every bit of 2009 by far. I think that resolution is very cliche, and everyone has already thought and listing theirs, as for me, I'm just going with the flow. I see no point making one and not doing it at the end, like last year. I'm glad to say that I got to clear things up with her and we are better than we use to be although the situation we're in are not right. But anyway, I'm felt so much happier after that night. Well, work has been interesting lately, since the new year in pastry, I got to learn a lot of things and especially how to make creme brulee and I'm anticipating for the day that they will teach me how to bake cheesecake. I was also thought how to do chocolate work and I think it's the fun part being a pattisier because you could do amazing things with chocolate but too bad, I chose to be in otherwise. I'm counting down the days to my cousing wedding in March. Hopefully I could be there and witnessing her important day of her life and then multi task to sight seeing. |
