I hate science frankly and I really do. Anyone who been in the science lab with me in high school would know well. Okay, what i did basically during science lesson is TALK! yeah, thats what i'm good at during that lesson! haa.. I remembered I tried to cheat a test during Sec 2 and got caught and screwed big time sia..! I hate it because no matter how hard i try to understand it, i just couldnt get it and that's why I have never done well before in that subject. So what's with me talking about science and all, well, ironically, I'm kinda into food science, stuff about Molecular Gastronomy is stuck into my head now. It gets me going and excited to know about it, like how awesome is it to make minestrone in a scientific method or perhaps making caviars from carrots?! Well, since school didnt really taught and talk about it, I'm going to learn on it myself. Well, not like practically doing it now, I'm going to theorize it first like getting books about it and stuff. Argh, damn exciting sia!! I can't wait till September ends, I really do! Although I prefer working in the kitchen I'm in now I think I'm better off doing egg station because there's no one telling me what I should do and all though it's boring uh. I'm super piss with my chef to the core! He's a total bitch, a short and fat one! Well, it's the fasting month, I'm holding back all those emotions and I'm trying not to go frustrated and all because it won't do me any justice at all. Oh well, happy fasting ey.. (: |
