LA Day 4 & 5

Day 4: Shopping!

All we did today was to spent the whole day at the mall and shop! haa.. thanks to mum for getting me all the stuff i asked! I got GAP, Nike, Lacoste, Levi's and even Victoria Secrets stuff!! haa.. now I'm thinking how the heck i gonna fit all those stuff i got into mu luggage.. hmmm..

Look at the amount of bags!! haahaa...

had a quick lunch at catch 21 and the food was so not appetizing at all

Mum and me got some cookies and brownie at Mrs. Fields. and it's superb!

Got back to our motel feeling exhausted and still famished. So mum and me cooked dinner and we had a good rest for the trip to Hollywood the next day!!

Day 5: Hollywood

Woke up early and head down to Anaheim to the bus tour centre. The customer service suck big time honestly, but anyway, i'm glad that they put us on the tour bus to Hollywood after a long wait.

Hollywood was alright to me, maybe because I've been here like twice, things had changed and there's nothing much like the last time. and by the way, after hollywood, our tour bus took us around hollywood boulevard, sunset boulevard, melrose ave and of course beverly hills. and due to security reasons, we were not allow to walk around those area.

The Gate and the Red Carpet awaits..

The prominent trademark of Universal Studio

oooh, it's chilly there though the sun shine bright and warm

Haa, they had a mini london streets and how awesome is that uh!

haa, mum and dad just goofing around

I'm never a fan of them but the new simpson ride is really something different and fun!

So that's where all it happens

The tokyo drift cars decide to show off their sleek moves

and oh, that's wisteria lane from the Desperate Housewifes

and that's me with hollywood right behind

recognise these? it's a set up from the war of the world. they actually break and tears down the B747 into these and it's shown in the movie scence!

It's a short ride but a fun thrill one. Kudos to dad for taming his fear of roller coaster! haa!

Dad suggested me having this Churro Sundae from Ben & Jerry, it's nice to have it on a warm sunny day here.. and churro with vanilla ice cream just blends well (:

And that's capitol records where many famous singers like Aerosmith and The Beatles had record their album right there

I was overjoyed when i saw the Kodal Theatre, it's awesome!

that's one of the stars i found strolling down on Hollywood Walk of Fame

The prominent sign of Beverly Hills whice the tour guide said that appears frequently on famous Tv shows

the whole tour ended kinda late and mum decide to get some groceries before heading back to our motel. we tried to called the cab company but they didnt understand that we were tourist and they insist on knowing what's the actual area code we're in! like hello, we're not californian bitch!

luckily the receptionist guy from Candy Cane Inn was kind enough to help us call a cab.. and when we got back, it was nearly midnight, so we cooked supper before turning in.

tomorrow plans is to Lond Beach. I suggested we go for a picnic too, it's gonna be fun.. My visit in LA has not gone wasted so far. I've enjoyed my time here most of the time but i can't wait to come back too actually..
