 April has been quite a fun ride. The best day happens when Miqa was born and celebrated loads of birthday this month but the suckest day was today, nah don't wanna talk about it. Finally I'm done with FHA and it was a blast but tiring! no more waking up at 4am anymore but i gonna miss it though. I got the chance to see loads of great work done by the chefs around the world. Because of this event, I'm even more motivated and inspired by them who was like me before who has now become of what they are today. And I think I'm so into culinary arts now, it's just amazing to put art into cooking, the end product is just absolutely beautiful. Okay, I just gonna put up some pictures I took from the event. Chocolate Work  Appetizer  Entree  Dessert  Ice Sculpture  Yesterday dinner at Manhattan was great. Everytime i spent time with them, it just feel like yesterday we had combine humans lesson. And shocking news i heard about saint that hit me hard on the face, dude, stay strong and get well soon aite..! However, MOS yesterday was crap! Venetia, if you're reading this, don't get me wrong, I just hate it frankly but I enjoyed the time spent with you guys. By the way V, happy birthday (: Soon May's coming and I'm nervous as time pass because I've not done any interview yet with any hotel and that's because I'm too occupied to get my resume done and sent, perhaps by monday. Oh weekend, have mercy on me please. Dear, I'm so sorry, i really do. |
