my body is aching terribly but i only complain to myself. mum was kind enough to help me massage those aches. i'm glad i'm over with my tests and presentation. well, not exactly though, cox it's only theory i'm done with. doing research on jamie oliver and ben o'donoghue was fun but presenting, was nerve wrecking especially when you have an opinionated audience. and, i scored 15/20 for my presentation and it's fine with me still. it was my bad for not making eye contact with my audience and i stumbled some of my words. some people were "complaining" that my facts is the same as the others.. like, have you guys heard the word COINCIDENT?.. and please, jamie oliver is a well known and inspiring chef and of course, i'm not surprise if 3/4 of the class will present about him. well, it's over.. i've 3 more practical test coming up. and i hope i don't screw my roast chicken like that day. hey, it wasn't my fault, blame that freaking oven with no temperature turner on it.. everybody chicken turn out amber red while my neighbour and mine was pale.. okay, here i go again complaining.. haa.. just hope i get it right, and sure that i won't use that freaking oven. and above are the food that i cook just now, chicken picatta(above), deep fried fish finger (below). i was known as the 'cheesy boy' in class because they found out today that i was madly in love with cheese.. and chicken picatta was a chicken coated with eggwash and parmesan powder and of course, i used loads of it!! haa.. i guess it's time for me to turn in i guess cox my eyelid is super heavy now.. argH!! tmr lecture will be drudging.. i guess i'll have to drag myself to school, i hate afternoon lecture!!.. solehin. i've cleared my mind, but i can't clear my heart of you. |
