 hey, thanks to all who congratulate me for being accepted in SHATEC. yeah, i'm still thrilled by it till today! just can't wait for day 1 in school.. thanks so much, i appreciate it. (: seriously, i still thought that school life is better than working life. although it's pressurizing, the pressure is better than working life. you can never always expect something positive bound to happen all the time. first day of work at swissotel the Stamford was boring to say. there were more foreign worker than locals and they even thought i was an indonesian! haiyoo.. can't they judge my english and malay accent? dud.. doing linen wasn't that fun as i thought. there were many appalling stain on some of the towels and worst they're WET! i had to wash my hand everytime after work. it drive me bonkers! but as the day past by, i'm beginning to have a sense of comfort working there (but not the stain though). i've made friends with some of the workers there and most of them are nice. however, every morning i woke up, i feel annoyed and it's really a drag to go to work ever since. but when i started work, things seem to be fine. the greatest part of it is, breakfast and lunch is provided. and thank God i don't have to fork out my own money to get my own lunch. some food weren't that great i thought. i just love the pastries and salads!! the past 2 days after work, there have been training, and i'm wear out after the long day of activity. i just feel like sleeping and wake up the next 2 days (i know it sound eccentric). blame me for not turning in late all this while. i sprained my wrist during training. i don't know how, but it's really painful to twist it even when i'm posting this! i'm glad that blogger is back to normal. it's been looking bizarrely weird for the past few weeks and i hated it. went to bugis and i saw a couple of nice bag pack. and i'm in dilemma of which to get. the green one or the black one? ergh.. and i got my eye on this Lacoste shoe. i'm so gonna get it!! and i need to buy some stuff from TopMan. easy to say, i need to go shopping. everyone is talking about GSS and some branded outlets has started pasting their 'SALES' tag. weee... seriously.. ..i missed the time that i woke up late! ..i miss the time to watch show after show on teevee! ..i'm exhausted!! solehin. |
