yesterday was awesome! woke up late in the morning. supposedly to meet them at 9 and i woke up at 8.30am. i took my own sweet time to get myself ready with the thought that the rest will be late too, so i got our from home at 9.30am and dad drove me to cp. met them at the mrt counter and jojo was frustrated that we were not on time. he was actually tired partying the night before at sentosa. his anger liberates fast when we joke around with him. larry was late, so we had breakfast at burger king and meet him at the escalator. took a bus to ang mo kio and board another bus to the zoo. it was actually a nice day to the zoo, with the sunny weather and not forgetting the western and european chicks roaming around there! but to bad there's no tanned or spanish guy there, right saint? haha.. when me and saint got the ticket, we slumberly walk in the entrance and the fun begins! i was the geek touring them around the zoo when i, myself has been long since visit that place. but with the help of map, i managed to bring them around. i was excited when the zoo ha this place called the australian outback. it was cool! it remind me of the small kangaroo ranch in australia i went. i climb in the fence and took a pic with the kangaroo and one by one, they did what i did too. it was illegal though. haha! we walk places to places visit almost the animal in there. when we were having lunch at KFC, it suddenly rain. fortunately, bell and me brought our very own umbrella while saint brought his waterproof jacket. it freaks me out when i got to know my umbrella was actually broken! and i have to share it larry. the rain doesn't stop us, infact, we were eager to move on. we went to the fragile forest as jojo kept bugging us to take a snap for him with a butterfly. he did everything to get a pic of it, even breaking a twig from a branch where the butterfly is resting! sick.. we carry on, catching the animal shows and enjoying every minute of it. our final destination at the zoo was the children world. we played at the pool there and jojo and me got our pants wet while trying to snap a pic in the pool! we got out from the zoo and waited for bell to get her drink before heading to night safari. when we got there, it's not surprising at all with the long queue at the entrance. got our ticket and join the queue. we were not able to take any pictures in there as bell cam were out of batt. we thought of taking a tram ride for the journey in the safari but we took the adventurous way of it by walking the whole safari. we managed to conquered the west loop of the place but not able to get into the east loop as we need to pay a tram ride to get in. so we decide not too. the fun part was at the suspension brigde where we walk on and make it shaky! cool. then we catch a tribal show outside the entrance and ran in back to catch the night life show. it ws awesome though! after the show, we got out. jojo, larry and me went to the extreme to take some silly pictures! we climb into the statue with bond fire and snap a pic in there!! soon, beel parents came and fetch us. we head to jalan kayu and had our dinner there! woo.. there, we talk about what happened about our day! some scary things happened while we're in the night safari. but nvrm.. it's was tiring but fun! thanks to saint who 'spent' $180 on us for the ticket to both zoo! you are the best dude! solehinz. out! |
